Akeem Corderah Grant

Akeem Corderah Shoucair-Grant, affectionately known as” keemieskeem/King kg” by family and friends passed away on September 11, 2024.

He was born on May 9th, 1987, in Stamford, Connecticut to Marie A. Shoucair and Linton L. Grant (deceased).

Akeem graduated from Stamford Academy. He worked as a car detailer, then started to promote his own business, ACG Kings LLC, as a mobile car washer and detailer.

Akeem was a gentle, kind and giving soul, that was mostly jovial. He would make you laugh for hours. He was spontaneous, loved to try new things, loved dancing, music and accepted everyone. He had a good heart. He will be remembered as a great son, a fun brother and loving father.

Akeem is survived by his mother Marie of Stratford, his sister Alanna of New York, his precious daughter Athena, girlfriend Natasha Wade and uncles, aunt, and cousins.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 20th, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Lacerenza Macari Family Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, for the viewing. A Memorial will be held at a later date.
