Anthony Orazio Pompa

Anthony Pompa, age 54, passed away on July 31, 2024, surrounded by loving family and friends. Anthony was born in Stamford, CT on October 14, 1969, to the late Merinda (Conetta) and Donato Michael Pompa.

An avid sports enthusiast, he knew every stat, score, play and players and loved chatting about “the game”. There was no person who met Anthony and did not fall in love with him. He was blessed with more friends than anyone could ask for and loved to be in the company of others. Our hearts are broken and the world a little darker at losing such a warm, passionate, and loving man.

Anthony is survived by his pride and joy, his daughters, Alexa and Kelly. He is also survived by two sisters, Rossana (Vincent) Colangelo and Ann Marie (Eugene Molgano) Pellini as well as his niece, Marisa, nephews, Ryan and Eric, and many devoted friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 10:30 am.
