Armando Perrone, 88, passed away Friday, February 02, 2018 at Stamford Hospital with his family by his side. He was born in Santa Maria Infante, Minturno, Italy, on December 17, 1929. He was the son of the late Cosimo and Caterina Perrone. Armando Perrone came to America in 1956 with his wife Vincenza Perrone where they made their home in Stamford. He was devoted his wife and daughters. Armando loved making wine, playing bocce, and surrounding himself with his friends. He was an avid construction worker, gardener and landscaper. He was a hard worker. He was a dedicated employee of Frank Mercede and Sons Construction Co for 32 years. Armando is survived by his wife, Vincenza Perrone and devoted loving children, Cathy Danna and her husband Mike, Annette Curto and her husband Mike, and JoAnn Pucci and her husband Rich and his grandchildren, Michael Danna, Christopher Danna, Michael Curto III, Christina Curto, Amanda Pucci and Richard Pucci as well as many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by Angelo Perrone from Santa Maria Infante, Italy, Americo Perrone, Toronto, Canada and Maria Corrente Minturno, Italy. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Damiano Perrone and Antonio Perrone, both of Scauri, Italy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Entombment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery, 124 Rock Rimmon Rd, Stamford.
