Diana Louise Horn Cortese, 84, a resident of Stratford, CT passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2023.
Diana was born on March 1, 1938 in Stamford, CT, to the late Paul Richard Horn and Mary Jane Horn. Diana is predeceased by her husband Peter Joseph Cortese and a brother Richard Paul Horn. Diana is survived by her sister Lois Horn Serino, and her loving daughters, Robin Ann Cortese and Dawn Cortese Smith and her two grandchildren Jacob Ryan and Sarah Rose.
Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Stamford on March 11, 2023 at 10:30 am. Inurnment will be private.
