She was fierce in her conviction of living a clean healthy lifestyle and passing along that plethora of knowledge to her family, friends, clients and loved ones. Among other things, she was a beautiful woman, with a brilliant mind, great friend, mentor to anyone who asked, avid nutritionist, animal lover, and multi marathon runner. A truly impressive and resilient spirit, we will remember her immense, strength, sharp mind and carry a piece of it with us for all time. This earth lost an abundance of an amazing human, and heaven gained a beautiful Angel. Rest easy in Paradise until we meet again. ♥️ A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Lacerenza Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford.
