Frank A. Greco, Jr.

Frank Greco Jr. died peacefully at Stamford Hospital on November 12, 2024.

Born on August 4, 1932, Frank was a true Stamford native. He served bravely in the Korean War, was a respected builder, a dedicated volunteer fireman in Springdale, an active tennis player at the Italian Center, and a golfer at Hubbard Heights, which he affectionately called his home course. Frank was an avid Ballroom dancer and cherished his friendships with his

fellow dancers.

Frank was the son of Frank and Caroline Greco and the brother of James Greco and Helen Buchetto. Frank had four sons: Christopher Greco and his wife, Kathi of Ohio; Michael Greco (who sadly passed away); Timothy Greco of Florida; and Frank Greco and his wife, Jane of North Haven. Frank was a loving grandfather to Caroline, Olivia, Christina, and Luke, and he had six great-grandchildren: Grace, Violet, Nolan, Niall, Kia, and Nathaniel.

A celebration of life will be held at Lacerenza Macari Family Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford on Saturday, November 16th, from 1 pm to 3 pm. Please join us in honoring Frank’s life and legacy.
