James “Jim” Santrock

James W. Santrock “Jim” 60 of Norwalk, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Stamford Hospital on Thursday October 5, 2023 after a long battle with Kidney disease. Born November 24, 1962 in Norwich, CT, to Ruth Caesar Santrock and the late William Santrock.

Jim Graduated from Ellis Tech in Danielson, CT and serviced in the Air force for four years. Jim worked as a security guard for many years.

In his spare time he loved to go off roading in his Jeep. He loved to watching the Boston Red Sox and the Tampa Bay Bucs. He also enjoyed making Beef Jerky and Hot Sauces

Jim is Survived by his wife Suzanne Sabia Santrock and his son Kyle of Norwalk, Brother Tommy of Voluntown, Sister in Laws Bernadette Sabia of Ft Myers, Florida and Mary Ellen Stokes and her husband Pete of Stamford, and many niece and nephews.

Jim was predeceased by his sister Mary.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday October 11, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 at Lacerenza Macari Family funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Ave, Stamford, CT 06902.
