Joanne Sibilio

Joanne Sibilio, 80, a life-long resident of Stamford, CT, passed away on April 7th at Stamford Hospital. Joanne was born on January 11, 1943 in Stamford, CT, the daughter of the late Jennie and Patsy Sciglimpaglia. She graduated from Stamford High School. She worked as an administrative assistant for many years. She was a creative person and enjoyed making art. Joanne is survived by her children Sandra Sibilio and spouse Jay Stevens, Richard Sibilio and spouse Beth Sibilio, Christopher Sibilio, her sister Patricia Viesti, and granddaughters Chiara Canady and Larissa Sibilio. She is predeceased by her brother William Sciglimpaglia. A private service will be held by her family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Lung Association.
