Marie J. Dipietro

Marie J. DiPietro, 90, a resident of Stamford, passed away on May 28, 2024, at home in Stamford, CT. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Guglielmo. She was preceded by the death of her husband, Anthony (Tony Dee). She was a devoted mother to Donna (John) Knuf, Tony (Debbie) DiPietro, and Frank (Carol Lea) DiPietro, and devoted grandmother of 7, devoted great-grandmother of 9.

Marie attended Stamford High School and shortly after graduation she married her husband, Dee (Westover Service), where she became a loving homemaker for their family. After raising 3 successful children, she developed a passion for golf. After Dee’s retirement, they lived in both Stamford and Florida for many years. She will always be loved and remembered for her strength during some difficult circumstances. She will be greatly missed by all. Rest in Peace.

There will be a Mass of Christian burial at St. Leo’s Roman Catholic Church on 24 Roxbury Road in Stamford, at 2:00pm on Monday, June 3. Entombment will follow in Putnam Cemetery, 35 Parsonage Road, in Greenwich.
