Paul Larussell

Paul LaRussell formerly of Rye, NY and Southbury, CT passed away peacefully on March 5, 2023. Born in

Rye, NY on December 29, 1931, he was one of eight children born to Nicholas LaRussell and Mary

Genovese LaRussell. He attended local schools and worked as a Sheet Metal Worker for Local Union 38.

He was married to Barbara Buzzeo LaRussell. Paul loved his volunteer work at the Heritage Village Thrift

Shop and the many friends he made there. Paul was happiest in the company of the many caregivers

and friends at Maplewood Senior Living in Norwalk, CT.

Paul preceded in death by his sisters, Ronnie Travis of Maryland, Rose Evans of Texas and Ann Hannah of

Silver Point, TN. He was predeceased by his brothers, Nicholas, Jr., Frank and Andy. He is also survived

by his wife, Barbara Buzzeo LaRussell, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews from the New York,

Connecticut, Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, and Florida area.

There will be a Christian mass service at Maplewood at Strawberry Hill Senior Living, 73 Strawberry Hill

Avenue, Norwalk, CT, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. followed by entombment at

Greenwood Union Cemetery. Located in Rye, NY at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
