Shirley L. Blake

Shirley Lee Blake went on to be with the Lord on December 13th 2021. She was born to Mary Louise Tarver and John L. Lasley on December 14th 1956 in Miami, Florida. Years later she relocated to Stamford , CT where she worked for the Stamford School System for 30 years. She birthed and raised three beautiful children, Donell Blake Jr., Johnathan Blake, and Nikema Lindsay all of Stamford. She leaves to cherish her memories her brothers and sisters Johnnie'C Lasley, Marie Farrior, Andrew Lasley, Otis Lasley, ByVonda Lasley, four grandchildren Shania, Cam'Ron, Samiyah, Isaiah Blake and a host of family and friends. Shirley was proceeded in death by her sister, Vivian White, grandmother, Estelle Tarver, her father, John L. Lasley, and her mother, Mary Louise Tarver. Shirley was a devoted mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and will be truly loved and missed. A Memorial Service will be celebrated Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Lacerenza Funeral Home.
